What you just saw

No keyboard, no browser. This is the OAuth 2.0 Device Authorization Grant (RFC 8628) — the flow smart TVs, set-top boxes and CLIs use to sign in without typing a password on the device itself.
A second, trusted device does the typing. The code above is entered on a phone or computer that signs in (or is already signed in) as an Acme Brew member — on , our own domain, with our own branding.
The TV only polls. Once a code is issued, this page polls for approval at the interval the server asks for, and backs off when told to slow down.
